• I bought this book after taking my Real Estate course. After hearing all the stories from agents about taking the test 3 plus times before passing, I just didn't feel like I was ready for the State exam. My Fiancee and I both studied this manual and passed the exam on the first try. I would highly recommend this book! Each chapter gives you the key points from the Course book, but then in the back of the book you get a practice section that has 483 questions and 2- 100 question test. Answers are in the back of the book. I recommend learning those questions and answers like you know your name. IF you do that you should have no trouble passing the Florida state Exam. Good Luck!!!
